Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of telongo.com and any purchase you make from Telongo LLC (“Telongo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at info@telongo.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Products, Pricing & Availability

We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you’ve placed, we’ll contact you before shipping and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, and update product availability at any time without notice.

B2B and distributor pricing tiers are only available to accounts we’ve reviewed and approved — standard consumer pricing applies until your account has been upgraded.

Orders & Payment

Payment is processed at checkout through our payment processor, Clover. You must provide accurate, current billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if we suspect fraud, if a product is unavailable, or if there’s a pricing error — and will let you know if that happens.

Approved B2B and distributor accounts may instead choose to pay by purchase order under net 30 terms: no card is charged at checkout, and an invoice is emailed with payment due within 30 days of the order date. This option is only available to accounts we’ve reviewed and approved for it, and we reserve the right to remove this option from an account at any time.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing and tracking are subject to UPS’s own terms and service commitments.

Warranty

Telongo products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. This is a defect warranty, not a general right to return a product you simply changed your mind about.

If you believe a product is defective, contact us at info@telongo.com or start a return from the order in your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back — items returned without an approved RMA may not be accepted. We’ll review the request and let you know next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized modification or repair, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own individual terms (eligibility, expiration, minimum order, etc.) and have no cash value. We may modify or discontinue a promotion at any time.

Intellectual Property

The telongo.com site, its content, and our product designs, firmware, and trademarks are the property of Telongo LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to breach or test our systems’ security, or to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site’s normal operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telongo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, beyond what’s described in our warranty above. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
