If you specify a number at checkout or if you contact us directly, we will pre-program the unit with the provided number. Units can also be programmed in the field.

Telongo hardware is designed for standard analog phone lines, including PBX, Centrex, and loop-start CO lines. Check each product page for its specific line compatibility.

Telongo products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. Contact support with your order number to start a return or warranty claim.
