Overview
Telongo LLC (“Telongo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through telongo.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies whenever you browse our site, create an account, place an order, request a quote, or contact us for support.
Information We Collect
Information You Give Us
When you create an account, place an order, request a quote, or submit a return request, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, shipping address, and billing address. If you create an account, we store a securely hashed version of your password — we never store your password in plain text and can’t see it ourselves.
Payment information. Card details are entered directly into payment fields hosted by our payment processor, Clover, and tokenized before they ever reach our servers. Telongo’s systems never receive or store your full card number.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and general usage patterns — through Microsoft Application Insights, our website analytics tool.
We also use a small number of cookies to run the site:

- Analytics cookiesSet by Microsoft Application Insights to understand how visitors use the site.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though the site may not function correctly — particularly the shopping cart and account login — without them.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Fulfill ordersProcess payment, generate shipping labels with UPS, and get your order to you.
- Communicate with youSend order confirmations, shipping updates, invoices, password reset and email verification messages, quote responses, and return/warranty updates.
- Maintain your accountLet you sign in, view order history, and manage saved addresses.
- Improve the siteUnderstand which pages and products are useful, and diagnose technical problems.
- Prevent fraud and abuseProtect our store, our customers, and our systems.
Data Retention
We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed to satisfy tax, accounting, warranty, and other legal obligations.
Your Choices
You can review and update most of your account information from My Account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or if you have any other privacy question, email us at info@telongo.com. If your account or order history needs to be kept for legal or tax reasons, we’ll let you know what we’re able to delete.
Children’s Privacy
Telongo sells commercial and industrial telecom hardware and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our site is not directed at children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and tokenized payment handling through Clover. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
